Oriental NC boatyards

Where should I go for new standing rigging, rebedding stanchion bases, chainplates, etc.?

You have 3 choices: Deatons, Sailcraft and Zimmerman. I had work done at Sailcraft several years ago wo any problems.

Thanks Ed. Sailcraft has been recommended to me.

The other name that comes up is Triton.

Deaton sold out to Zimmerman recently so there are really two choices. Sailcraft did some quick turnaround aluminum welding for us that turned out well. Zimmerman is the bigger yard but I have only bought parts from them.
