St. Lucia clear-out advice at Easter

I am planning an itinerary from St. Lucia south to the Grenadines for Easter 2014. We are planning to be in the vicinity of Soufriere / Pitons on Easter Sunday and Monday (20/21-April-2014). I would like to get an early start to make the crossing to St. Vincent on Tuesday, 22-Apr. Ideally would like to clear out of St. Lucia at Soufriere on Monday afternoon to enable the early Tuesday start. Will customs/immigration be open given that Monday is a public holiday? Is it possible to clear out even earlier (Saturday or Sunday)?
