I wouldn't count on BASRA to come help pull you off a sandbar...they are far and few between.
Your best bet is channel 16....99.9% chance another yachtie will hear you and come to assist.
Channel 16 in the B'mas is used like a phone service....between boats and land...you'll get used to it...
I've seen some boats badly run aground and a whole swarm of yachties helping refloat it.
There is a 100% chance you will end up buddy boating with another boat.
