The itinerary looks OK, but a bit aggressive (trying to do too much too fast). The weather at that time of year is often quite windy with the "Christmas Winds" blowing and if that is the case some of those trips will be uncomfortable as will some of the anchorages.
If the winds are blowing or there is a north swell then the Virgin Gorda north sound is your best best. You can take a mooring at Leverick Bay as well as at Saba Rock [recently reopened and spectacular looking] or anchor/moor off the Sand Box on Prickly Pear. Oil Nut Bay, Anegada and Cooper's Island would be out during a north swell or strong Xmas winds.
The clinic at Jost is a short walk from the dinghy dock and has been considered the best place to get a PCR test in BVI
