Whereabouts of the 'Andre Doria' ?

No-not the liner Andrea Doria which collided with the Stockholm outside New York Harbour.

This was a Colvin Gazelle sailed by an elderly gentleman.
Black steel hull, white bulwarks.
Departed Bermuda for Caribbean maybe 10 yrs ago and I never heard from him again.
Did extensive mast rerigging with him while he was here.

Re: Whereabouts of the Andre Doria

I've no idea where the Colvin Gazelle "Andrea Doria"* might be; but the Italian Liner, "Andrea Doria", which capsized and sank on 26 July 1956, after colliding with the MS Stockholm lies at approximately:
Lat: 40° 29' 30″N x Lon: 69° 51' 0″W

* As corrected by the OP.

Re: Whereabouts of the Andre Doria

Gordmay,
This is a serious inquiry. My spelling of the name ANDRE is correct.
Those of us that got to know the gentleman have always been concerned about his destiny, for particular reasons.
Nothing sinister, just genuine curiosity about a fellow sailor.
