Sounds like a 2001 ex-charter boat I delivered... sold to the buyer as 100%A1... and that was just the start...

I fly from Calgary to Victoria, Vancouver and Comox several times a year. I carry a copy of the CO2 cartridge regulations from WestJet's web site as I carry a spare as well as the one in the vest. The agents are generally good but I have had show the security folks the page when they x-ray my checked luggage. At CAD $80 buck a re-charge kit, I do not want to go through the hassle of getting one or two each time.
