Accidental Circumnavigation of Australia

Having purchased my current boat in Airlie Beach Queensland I have now made it back here after a clockwise circumnavigation of Australia.

The accidental bit comes from the fact that it was never intended - I had purchased the boat just before Covid struck and sailed it from Airlie Beach to Perth over the Bight with the intention of going to SE Asia and onto the Med, but the world shut down as I arrived in Perth and so I was stuck there waiting for it to open up, which did not happen, so after sitting around for a year I decided to come back to the East Coast.

Its been a fun trip, although going over the top from Perth is certainly a lot more challenging that it was bringing it down the coast and across the Bight to Perth, although also a lot more fun and interesting.

Anyway now to catch up on all those repairs ........
