Advice on sailing schools in Mexico- Baja California

Hi, I'm hopping to follow the sun and get some lessons in sailing in Baja. Does anyone have any advice on schools or how best to do this.

From forum posts I gather La Paz is probably the place to head for?

I have contacted Nautilus Sailing there and they are full for my dates. There is another company called Let's Go Sailing, website: LaPaz Mexico | Let's go Sailing

Does anyone know these guys? Recommend? Or can you recommend others?

can you provide information on cost of owning a boat in california? i am trying to find out total yearly cost of owning a boat in long beach california. taxes, fees, average slip cost for 32-34 sAILBOAT.all information is appreciated.
