She's a Woman. And one of the worst kind. Absolutely georgouse. And Darryl is in the worst possible position. Married. Any married man can only be likend to a relationship similar to say...The blackwidow, or Prayingmantis.

Well if the last race was like watching Paint dry, you must have some bloody special paint.
Congrats to Alinghi, well done.

The last minute was pretty exciting. I am glad it is all over. Can't believe the carry on on our talkback radio today. All the "fluffy slippers brigade" of old woman who have never been on a yacht before, ringing up with advice and opinions etc. Most of the world couldn't give a hoot. Kiwis are funny how they vicariously live their sport through kiwi sportspeople and how a loss in a sport effects the NZ populations mood.

I reakon NZ did OK in the cup. There were more Kiwis on the crew than any other nationality. Yanks were probably #2.

It used to be national teams; no longer.

Man - what a final race!! To lose by 2 seconds after completing the penalty turn is just heart-breaking! I think the penalty was bogus to begin with... but then again - I wasn't there....

Yeah Mudnut, as well as the Womens rugby team there is also Josh Coppins well on the way to being the world MX1 champion (motocross) and Katherine Prumm who is defending her world MX title.
As Dalton said Allinghi won 4in a row and most Kiwis can applaud a good competition. The best team won, Brad Butterworth is good, cunning like a fox, he sucked Barker et al in at the end of the third beat and delivered to his boss.

The hard part of the race is still to come. Poaching of team members to highest bidders and what Bertinalli will do with the rules. That is going to be the most dangerouse part to the future of the cup. He has already destroyed the Louie Vitton. They have announced they will walk. There will be no more LV part of the cup.

Have you got your letter yet Alan? If they add another "0" to mine it still makes no difference. $000000.00 is the same as $0000000.00.
