Anyone ever use www.seedealercost.com?

Just wondering how acurate it is. Seems on a 45k new power boat there is approx. a 10k mark-up.

I have not looked at the more expensive boats but I can imagine the mark-up, according to this web site, is substantial.

That isn't hard to believe. A 45k car will be maybe half of that but the volume makes up for the difference. And most cars are negotiated to a lower price as well. Boats don't sell in nearly the volume that cars do so the dealer would need to make more per unit to stay in business.

I wouldn't count on negotiating down like on a car deal. But there's some wiggle room.
