Sold my sailboat last Sept. Since Jan it seems prices for older used larger sailboats are rising a lot. Is this true?

Used boat prices are up.
I bought a brand new (power boat) recently, delivered January 15th, 2016.
Paid $143,000.00 before taxes.
Sold it 18 months later for $152,500.(Before broker’s commision)
I am still in shock, the above never happened to mankind before.
The boat was a Glacier Bay 2770, 2016 model year with 2 Yamaha F150 outboards.
Did not like the way it handled in the ocean, sold it and bought a used Albin 28TE powerboat, single 300 HP inboard diesel.
Again, still in shock, but happy.
