Bahamas requirement
The "Bahamas Customs Department Maritime Declaration of Health" form questions whether a valid "Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate" is on board. This requirement seems to follow the WHO protocol. How do pleasure craft comply? Will the Bahamas Customs Department provide this, or sign off on this, after an interview of the ship's master? Or, is there some process to gain certification?

Don't worry about it. Not required for cruisers.
