Lots of good ones mentioned already. Here's a few others to consider:

s/v Catchin' Rays - New and green, but entertaining.

Team Giddyup - Livia always has good content, whether on video or her blog.

Big Oceans Voyage - No new/recent content, but there are a few gems here.

Rick Peterson - You'll have to dig back a bit, but he has some excellent Alaska solo cruising videos.

I've watched a few videos by Gone with the Wynns about a couple transitioning from motor home living to live aboard sailing on a catamaran. I'm curious to see how they do coming from virtually no sailing experience. I have none myself so I am interested to see the instructional process I'll take soon as well

"Ran sailing" is another good one...out of Norway. Cool boat. Videos get progressively better.
