Is there a dock at Black Point Exumas to refill water tanks. I know Staniel Key has a marina which we've used before, but itineary for this trip would go better if we could replenish water at Black Point. Thanks.

Yes, there are several dinghy docks.
Free RO water to fill jerry cans is provided, by the settlement, at a roadside spigot, across the street, and 100’ W of the Government Pier.
