Boat Damage History Check

I imagine that over the next few years some IRMA damaged boats that have been repaired will be put up for sale.

Is there any service provider that accurately lists a boat's damage history?

Can you check to see if a boat has had an insurance payout?

I believe some types of damage such as water intrusion can be hard to spot during inspection and can cause a lot of expensive problems down the road, especially with electronics.
