boat storage for summer in west/central Pacific

I hope to be leaving Hawaii for Kiribati, the Marshalls, and possibly Chuuk around New Year's in a Searunner 37 that I have been rebuilding these last several years (part time) in Hawaii. For reasons that I won't defend, I think I want to have her out of the water from June to November when I start cruising again and heading further west and south. Does anyone have any good current recommendations both good and bad about possible haul out and storage places. altho my boat has been year round on a mooring ball in Honolulu for several years, I am thinking that being in a dry dock would be safer but I am willing to be educated on that as well. thanks for any help.

Will you be staying north of the equator, or south? (because southern hemisphere winter is June to August, about.)

Re: boat storage for summer in west/central Pacific

Hi, thanks for responding. I am looking for storage for the months of May through October, more or less. I am going to be wandering near the equator but am considering travelling as far as New Zealand for storage and exploring.
Tasmania sounds like fun eventually. Don
