I'm interested in boats with 4 cabins & 4 heads.

Lagoon 46 is one I've come across. I saw one for $260k & someone said it probably would need $50k in fix ups.

Also wondering what cheapest would be? I don't want to do much rehabbing as much as possible.

It sounds like you're looking for a catamaran, in which case 4 cabin 4 head boats can be found in smaller packages than that, though you do lose some features (such as a dry head). There are 4 cabin 4 head monohulls at lower price points.

I'm looking to eventually get my 6 pack license & then charter. Trying to figure out what boats to start tracking prices/investigating. $300k is pretty high entry for me.

Obviously less expensive is better but I'm not the most handy person. Currently still living in my "flip" house i started back in 2006 ha . Renting out rooms has worked great for me. Hoping to rent out rooms in a sailboat on a weekly basis .

Not sure which ones would work best/ cash flow the best.

Edit: & gf n I might be interested in sailing Hawaii, Mediterranean, bvi, Alaska, FL, Australia. Someone was saying lagoon 46 was blue water capable but did need some upgrades.

Edit: oops think it's a lagoon 44 not 46. Just starting my search & not quite sure where to focus yet.

in EU cheapest is US$907,831 + tax

I don't know much about the listing. I'm just starting my search & came across that FB ad. Could be a scam for all I know.

After seeing that ad, I just know i want a boat with 4 cabins & 4 heads to maximize when i get my captain's 6 pack license. But not sure what the least expensive way for me to get that functionality is.

i now picking new boat for charter and main goal is pick big boat with max 2 heads,perfect boat be 1 heads or no heads
do you know how much pain in the ass is maintenance heads?

when you teach your family how to use heads you be full covered of poop and pissss.


but last year i install 5x JOHNSON PUMP Electric On-Board Toilet AquaT Silent / 12 V / comfort for now no problem but i lose +- 2000€ income because we charge toilet jam 100€ and up
boat per season minimum 400-500€

Benneteau 57, is a nice yacht. I sailed one single handed from Rhodes to Marmaris. Not a very HQ build, but Beneteaus are always a rather proper build.

If you are considering becoming a charter boat captain, the 4 head four cabin version is a must. No one spending $5000 - $10,000 will consider spending that on anything less than ensuite heads.
