Re: Boom gallows

I currently have a topping lift and I need the boom high enough that it protects idiots from getting knocked overboard. When I began sailing we had a gallows and a Bimini under it. Would your Bimini clear with sufficient headroom? I imagine 6’6inches would be enough room.
