buying gelcoat

Need redo gelcoat of sections of deck.

What is the cheapest way to buy gelcoat ?

I don’t know what is cheap, prices are almost same.
If you found cheaper gelcoat paste, let me know.

Depends on the job most are best by the quart . ( little left over)
Bigger jobs by the gallon. Can do multiple jobs cheapest per oz . ( but that's a lot for a one off little job )

Consider spraying with an LPU paint, like Awlgrip. It's tougher and does not oxidize like gelcoat.

Depends on where you are at and your timeframe.
A bit of advice when you do it
First get the gel wih the surficant wax already in it.
Second don't apply it if the temperatures are going to be below 60 deg before final cure is obtained.
Third go a bit low on catalyst to give yourself a bit more time to apply it.
