BVI Chartering

Greetings All!
We've chartered 8 or more times in the Virgins and have never been disappointed. Love it there. Has anyone chartered recently (this past Winter/Spring)? We're wondering about the status of recovery because we'd like to charter again sometime in the next 8 months.
I wouldn't trust asking the charter companies for a truthful answer. Any information would be most helpful.

We're hoping it's reasonably good, as we have a DYC in early Dec. Looked around on YouTube to see what the updates have been. As expected the updates are fewer because things seem to be getting back to "normal." We suspect some places are still not rebuilt, but that there is still plenty of support for charter folks.

I was there in April/May and it was one of our best trips there. BVIs are bouncing back relatively quickly in most spots. Still some recovery underway on a few places like bitter end yacht club and a few other locations. Overall most of your popular spots are back in action. Water and fuel available in multiple spots if needed.

Don’t fret. Book a trip and enjoy the islands. Your dollars help them with recovery.

Check out TTOL site, you will find a lot of recent reports in BVI forum. As has been mentioned, BVI bounced back rather quickly. I have been there in June and really enjoied the place
