Cabin Charter experience/recommendations?

My wife and I are looking for any insight and recommendations into catamaran cabin charters. We are looking for a week-long trip to get a better feel of what life on the water is like since neither of us has ever spent more than 4-8 hours on a catamaran at once. The hope is to eventually purchase our own, but we need to start somewhere.

We've done a bit of research and found dreamyachtcharter.com and poseidoncharters.com which appear to be pretty comparable in pricing and what they offer, but digging into both companies reveals quite a few unsatisfied customers.

We are hoping someone here has experience with cabin charters or can help point us in the right direction. I appreciate the help!
