Can you help me identify these parts?

Found these on my sailboat when I bought it. Thanks in advance

That's a mount for a WiFi booster. rogue wave brand.

The strips of rubber are to wrap a pole for grip prior to attaching the mount.

Could be used to mount other items as well if your rougewave has another form of mounting already.

Thanks for the great info. Although this boat doesn't have any wi fi equipment, you put me on the right track and I was able to find some images after searching google. These appear to be rail/pulpit mounts that are used for various type of equipment. I just don't know what equipment was used on my boat. But if I ever need to mount anything else, I have some mounts.
