My single experience with Peter Hartoff left me wanting.

I have used David Manning - Phone: (410) 263-5852 - perhaps six times and was quite impressed. He climbs the mast and crawls into the nooks and crannies, and doesn't waste my time taking calls from other clients.

He warned me off one potential boat early in a survey (discovered lightning damage), and just charged me a partial fee.

Highly recommended.
