Caribbean Scavenger Hunt

Looking for a sailor transiting to/from the Caribbean who would be willing to execute a short detour to find and inspect a small hobbyist-class drifting buoy on day 950 of an around-the-Atlantic voyage. Dropped off Norfolk July '18 and made it to Europe, the Canaries, and is on its way back now 150 NM north of Antigua. Electronics may not make it much longer, so it would be great to get some images of it after over 2.5 yrs in the ocean. Attaching pic of approximate location. We can command it to report every 15 min if someone could get close to that area to attempt a rendezvous. No reward, just the satisfaction of finding a needle in a haystack.
