Caribbean: When to check in when cruising from Grenada to St. Martin?

Greetings: I will be moving my Lagoon 380 from Grenada to St. Martin in January with a crew of two persons. I'm figuring five or so stops for night time anchoring along the way without going ashore. When must I check into/out of an overnight stop without landing?
