Some second tier charter outfits lack in the maintenance department. I also had a similar situation. Considering the cost difference to say Moorings I didn't complain. However, I am a little more careful when selecting charter companies.

At this point consider it water under the bridge deck. Note that many second tier companies do a fantastic job on maintenance.
