cost at Hemingway Marina

All Hail,
Can anybody tell me the most recent per foot cost to tie up at Marina Hemingway? I'm trying to determine whether a one month stay in Cuba will be prohibitively expensive by boat--or if I should fly in and rent a particulare instead.
I've been to Cuba before--6 week cruise around the island, so I have some background.

A review on Navily from last year says $75 per person for a visa, $55 for a cruising permit, $30 for Covid test and .70/per foot for the dock!

US credit cards don't work in Cuba! Bring cash - preferably Euros to avoid a 10% conversion charge.
