Cost to truck a sail boat from Sea of Cortez to LA

Hi everyone,

I am planning a little vacation for myself this coming year. I am thinking of doing the Baja Haha and then having my trucked back to Los Angeles to avoid hurricanes once the season arrives. I could sail my boat back, perhaps, but I feel like that would put a incredible amount of stress on my boat and end up costing me more in repairs and maintenance than having it trucked back would. I have a 30' boat, 11 foot beam. I was thinking that it would end up running something like $3000 to $5000. Does that sound about right? I'd just leave it down there if there was a safe place to keep her but after last year's hurricane that hit La Paz it seems like nowhere is actually safe.
