CPAP power question

I use a 12 volt CPAP. There are many on the market. No electric humidifier. Try. CPAP.com. They helped me at no extra charge.

All of the above advice is good. Running it directly of the 12V system in the boat will be most efficient, the inverter is really inefficient. When I bought a new machine in the spring, a significant part of the decision was the cost of a 12V plug. One major brand wanted close to $100 US for the cable, another wanted just $25.

I highly recommend the folks at SecondWindCPAP.com. They are very knowledgeable, and have good prices on lightly-used gear. They also sell new stuff, and accessories.
