Crobos Yachting charter in Croatia, warning

Do not rent a boat with Crobos.com or Arch international d.o.o
We rented a motor boat with crobos.com for a week in Croatia July 2017. Crobos is just an agency, so when we got there, we realized we rented the boat with Arch international d.o.o. The manager at Arch international d.o.o told us, whatever agreements we had made with Crobos Yachting had nothing to do with Arch international d.o.o
We got a boat that had difficulties to start. The motor stopped in the middle of the ocean on the 5th day. We got pulled to the nearest harbor by another boat. Arch international d.o.o came to pick up the boat.
We did not get any compensation for the last 2 days , and they kept the 1000 euro deposit.
We tried to contact Crobos for help but we have not heard anything from them.
An unpleasent and very expencive expirence.

Sorry to hear that you had major issues with your charter.

Crobos are an agency and I believe they do not maintain or own any of the vessels they offer. This was not made clear to us prior to our charter last year and I was wandering along the quay at Marina Kastela looking for their office.

We had a Hanse 470 for the week at what I considered to be an excellent price (from memory less than Euro 1,800). There were a couple of minor issues with the boat but all up it was a brilliant week and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Sorry your experience was not up to scratch.
