This is so timely! My daughter and I were just talking about this same possibility! We (very quickly) came to the conclusion that we could not make it work, but we did not really have a need to get into any of the reasons listed above, except (our plan is to live aboard) for the issue of sojourning... what if one of the families did not want to go? Anyway, I am sure that ALL of the other reasons would apply, and I for one, don't want my daughter to not be my friend! Best of luck with your choice!
