DIY boatyard Tampa?

Looking for a DIY boatyard in Tampa Bay Area in 2024.

16’ beam catamaran. Need to remove old motor and build/mount new outboard.

Only DIY yard in that area that I know of is Salt Creek in south St Pete.

Shell Point Marina claims to be the biggest DIY boatyard in the Tampa area. They are at the mouth of the Little Manatee River. Access is too shallow for us, but maybe works for you.
