Re: DIY Yards in Florida that allow blasting

I'm pretty sure Heritage in Ft Pierce (not riverside, tho they're connected) allows blasting if you tent. They told me I'd have to tent if I was gonna blast, but since I wasn't gonna I didn't pay too much attention.

Decided to just paint her. My fallback plan was Twin Rivers Marina at Crystal River, the only close yard (35 miles) north on this coast and about an hour drive from home. Turns out they no longer allow bottom painting. At all. They should rename this stretch of shoreline the Godforsaken Coast.

Probably heading for Pitman’s at Tarpon Springs.
