Does anyone recognized this type of threw hull

This is a strange through hull a friend has. I don't know what type it is. It has no seacock... but does have a joker valve. It sits at the center and bottom of the hull

Re: Does anyone recognized this type of threw hull

It could be a depth/speed transducer housing [through-hull], with an integrated flapper valve.
