Done!

This is a follow up post. You all saw my woodworking in a half-complete state. Well, here is the end result. Our master/guest stateroom for the charter guests is in perfect shape.

Thanks, Capt Lar.

I have a marketing question for all of you. We needed to appeal to Gen X and Baby Boomers at the same time. Do you think this appeals to both?

We know it appeals to Gen X.

As a boomer I would be concerned that you could not nap while under way.

First Rate!!

As for marketing, well, speaking as someone who has been treated well by an internet business I would suggest a website. Admittedly I'm biased....But...I'm finding that the younger generations are doing more and more research and shopping on the net.

Thanks for all the kind comments, everyone. I am a techie by birth, so you can bet not only will we have a website, but I'm working on it right now, and adding stylish flash navigation. If I get it right, you'll see it everywhere. ha ha

Thanks again. I'm glad it appeals to everyone. We were a little worried we took the Armani/W Hotel theme a little too far.

Capt Lar: Yes.. the wood is sealed. You can wipe all stains right off, except grease, which can be washed off with soap and warm water.

Appearance

SS, the only thing I can say is that your personal appearance is too good. Short tidy hair, shirt and tie, good looks. We would be suspicious of that. You sure you are not a politician or a lawyer even. Good luck.

Ha ha ha... again with that personal appearance thing. I guess I'll have to take a new picture and put it up on this profile. Sailing life has changed that appearance.... dramatically. The hair is now shaved clean off, there's 5 o'clock shadow all the time, and I dress in rags. Crew uniforms during charter.

Somehow, I just can't bring myself to grow that obligitory handlebar moustache...
