Engine import issues

I am currently in the Philippines and have ordered a replacement engine from Betamarine out of the UK. I started this process based on their website saying they had dealers in country. I now find that this is not true and am having difficulties getting a straight answer from customs as to how I import said engine. Does anyone have that information? I am holding off on shipping till I can be sure of receipt of said engine.
