Excellent customer service from Den Haan - Trawler Lamp

I purchased a Den Haan trawler lamp from WM. After I filled it with fuel I discovered a small leak. I returned it to WM and the replacement lamp leaked too. Bad batch evidently.

I sent an email to Den Haan and was surprised to get a response from the owner - Mario. He asked for the stamped letters on the bottom of the tank and shipped me a replacement tank - all the way from Rotterdam to San Francisco. Problem solved. He also threw in a Den Haan cap and tie.

Customer service at this level deserves to be recognized.
