Send them your sailing resume. I send along the registration of my boat, the bill of sale (year I bought it), I have a Singapore powerboat license, a list of experiences (passages) on my boat and chartering experience (about 7 charters now).

I have never been denied a charter. I haven't chartered in Europe but before I went and spent money for licenses I would try a couple of charter companies on.
