Florida in New Year Bareboat wanted

My partner nd I will be taking my daughter to disney world. After so many days in the amusement parks it would be nice to spend a day or two on a sailboat. We have our own boat here in the lakes in Canada. We are looking for a reasonably proceed bareboat charter in Florida for 1-2 days. Any suggestions or authors?
