Force 10 propane heater problem

Hi,
The 82 O'Day 34 I bought has a Force 10 propane heater that won't light even though the propane tank and line valves are working fine. There's no propane smell when it's turned on. The manual says it's probably a clogged burner and says you have to remove four machine screws, two on each side, to separate the burner from the rest of the heater. The only screws screws I can find do not do this. Am I missing something? There is no diagram in the manual.
