Globally recognized marina manager leaves Shelter Bay Marina, Panama

Best marina manager we have ever known, Juanjo, sent the news that he will be leaving Shelter Bay Marina, saying he will be "taking his integrity, ethics and work compromise" to another port; so sad that the owners of the marina prioritize profit over good service, he was the only reason we went to that marina and it's disappointing to see they are letting him go. During COVID, we literally would not have survived if it wasn't for him and stayed there for months seeing him in action every day, he worked super hard to make sure everyone was attended to and went out of his way to help people. Disappointed in the marina owners, terrible business decision.
