“GO” Problem

[Time2Go]

I have friends in the Pacific with a “GO”
Text messages come across in Chinese 50% of the time.
Anybody see this and what’s the fix?
Or have a phone number for Iridium?
I use OCENS for weather on my InReach so
called them up about this, they have seen this before
and sent tickets to Iridium but no answers
