Have you considered doing it on its own bottom-- either with/without a hired captain?

Re: Good Logistics/Transport company to haul sailboat?

I used Safe Harbor Haulers to move my boat from St. Petersburg to Georgia. Very happy with their service.

Good luck

Sail it. Boats aren’t designed to be hauled.

Hauling should be an option of absolute last resort.

IF (and only IF) the boat is really seaworthy, that distance is well within the range where a delivery on the water is a cheaper option. Hauling and launching add significant costs.

But with absolutely no details, you get only the most generic answers.

@SailingHarmonie - Thanks for the reply. Roger that on the boat being seaworthy and option to delivery over water. She is seaworthy and delivering over water is an option. I was just wanting any recommendations from folks that had transported over land in the past as I'm looking/weighing all options.

@Thomas1985 - thanks for the reply as well. Roger on sailboats weren't made to be hauled and that hauling should be a last option.

@Wolfe10 - Yes sir, considering sailing her or even having her captained by someone else. She's a 30' Catalina.

The sail requires a single overnight. From around Clearwater Beach or even Tarpon Springs to Carrabelle.

The rest of the trip can be made either day sailing offshore OR in the ICW.

This time of year should be no problem finding a good overnight weather window. For example right now, max seas for that crossing are under 2' and from the south with winds under 10 knots. Probably doing some motoring or wait for wind from the east:
