H5000 pilot controllers not working

I was wondering if anyone could help with a situation I have.

I have a B&G electronics package which came with my Hanse 575.
3 x MFD
4 x H5000 displays
2 x Pilot controllers

Everything has worked really well with the exception of my MFD displays resetting out of the blue from time to time.

I upgraded my onboard battery capacity from 620Ah to 940Ah.

When I went out sailing, I went to engage the autopilot and I saw that both my displays were dead! On the MFD I got No Autopilot Computer.

I then started to troubleshoot once back on shore and have seen that there is power leading up to all the instruments.
I swapped the two controllers around to see if perhaps there was a master/slave issue. Nothing. I then disconnected on the the H5000 displays and connected a Pilot Controller but neither of them powered up.

I just find it really strange that both suddenly died.

Does anyone have any advice? Is there some sort of hard reset I could try or do you think that they have both suddenly come to the end of their lives (conveniently exactly a month after my warranty expired!)

Did you ever find a solution? My H5000 controller just stopped working. It's dark, nothing showing at all.

I have seen them go dark in a failed update. Putting in a sd card into the plotter. . And selecting the pilot screen file. Forced the update and brought them back.
