What the hell do you need a dozen for?!

I've got one. And have no spare. It's just not needed.

They're twisted to align something with something else. Of they don't need the twist, then don't get a twist.

good to know, i will get the standard ones then, thats what i used yesterday with no issues. of course i used a screwdriver to hold the bottom one...... the twisted shackle was too twisted...

Just as a suggestion.........why not get a marine catalouge......( maybe like West Marine) and just look at the pictures to help you identify the parts? a good catalouge will even give all the relevant dimensions.

scooter hopefully is going to be one of CF's success stories.......his first idea was to weld two metal tubes together and put a house on top!

he has come along way since those days!

check his profile,and earlier threads........huck fin aint got nuttin on scooter,10 out of 10 for trying scooter
