History Quest "1977 Alu Doug Petersen 46ft"

I'm looking a buying a 1977 aluminum hull 46ft Doug Petersen design.

Very interested in this boat but I'm struggling to find any historical information on her.

I've been told that - "she was originally named Williwaw and I'm told that it was the latest in IOR design by Doug Petersen of Americas cup fame. In its first season, skipper Dennis Conner took it to victory in the SORC series. The following year, 1979, it was selected to represent the USA, again skippered by Connors, in that years Admirals Cup competition, completing the now infamous Fastnet Race where many vessels and lives were lost."

I have no idea how many were made nor if there are any reviews on the boat.

Any help from the old school gurus on here will be very much appreciated. I've attached photos of the hull for reference.
