Honda BF30 Or Yamaha 30

I am preparing to replace my dinghy this spring. I am hoping to buy a Highfield CL380. Two different vendors have different engines. The one that makes the most sense is the Honda BF30 because the vendor is closer to me. Does anyone have experience with this engine? I have more experience with Yamaha. I assume both are good. The honda has 3 carbs and the Yamaha is fuel injected. I will be sailing in the Med. Care to share your experiences with both of these?

While I don’t have direct experience with the 30 hp models, I do have plenty of experience with Honda outboards and fuel injection technology.

this question is no contest. The Yamaha is the way to go.

Well worth the extra trip to go get it.
