How to stabalize a aluminium tender (repost)

Looking to add stability for the tender and protection for the other boats. The boat collar looks perfect but at $1,000 for a 12" tinny it seems a lot.

Does anyone have one ? Or recommend another option.

Multiple large diameter cylindrical fenders around the boat's perimeter attached so as to mimic a collar. Done right, it adds a lot of volume, & thus floatation.
