I'm stuck. Anyone around Fort Myers area have any idea or want to be a taxi?

Background:

It's around 90F every day coming up and scorching sun.

The Okeechobee waterway is filled with smoke that causes me to have severe lung problems.

In order to pass through it, I need to be able to close up the boat and probably wear a mask as well. At night I can sleep with an air purifier on and all windows closed.

I need both air conditioners running in order to close the boat in this heat.

Problem:


The float valve on one of my carbs has failed (f carburators!).

It pours gasoline all over the boat when I try to use it. Safety?

I ordered an Amazon replacement, waited days for it and it, too pours gasoline all over, just at a slow drip instead of a stream.

I have 2 complete backup generators in storage an hour from here. But I have no way to get there and back. (ride shares don't exist out there -see why I want to bring the motorcycle?)

I'm cooking out here. It's 100 degrees in my salon every day.

I don't know what to do.

I can't proceed on the Okeechobee because I can't do it without being able to close the boat up. I'm completely stuck.
