Insurance on Charter Cat - 2 Policies?

Wondering if anyone has been required to carry 2 insurance policies while having your LLC boat in charter fleet? Our marine lender, as part of the financing agreement, has informed us that not only does our LLC have to have a policy (which is being paid by the Guaranteed Income Program) but that we personally also have to have a separate policy on the boat as well. Our lending broker said he's never heard of it. The cat will be in southern US Hurricane belt. Thanks for the replies!!
